About the Founder

Hassan Kangarloo brings more than 40 years of building, contracting and real-estate development experience to every project. Before relocating to Dubai in 2019 to establish Liberty Projex, he founded and led North California Real Estate Investments (NORCALREI) and Kangarloo & Associates General Contractors in San Francisco — delivering everything from high-end residences to apartment buildings, shopping centres and a ten-storey hotel. In Dubai, Liberty Projex has completed over 220 villa renovations and extensions across the city’s leading communities, including Arabian Ranches, Victory Heights, The Springs and Palm Jumeirah. He offers clients an unprecedented level of service and quality — building trust, one project at a time.
